Can my Chinese supplier send the sample directly to you?
Yes. After we confirm the testing scope, sample requirement, and domestic delivery instructions, you can ask your supplier to send the sample directly within China. Please contact us before arranging delivery.
Do I need to ship the sample internationally?
No international sample shipping is required when your supplier is in China and sends the sample domestically. The sample can be analyzed before the main shipment leaves China.
How much sample is required?
The requirement depends on the sample and testing method. Contact us to confirm the current requirement, packaging, and any preparation instructions before your supplier sends material.
What testing methods are available?
The MVP service offers HPLC purity testing, an MS identity check, and combined HPLC + MS testing. Contact us to confirm method suitability for your submitted sample.
What is HPLC used for?
HPLC separates sample components under defined chromatographic conditions and provides purity-related analytical information. The result depends on the method and detection conditions. It does not establish every aspect of composition or certify a batch.
What is MS used for?
Mass spectrometry measures mass-to-charge signals and can provide molecular-weight-related evidence for an identity check. A mass match alone does not prove every structural detail, sequence, or batch characteristic.
How long does testing take?
Turnaround time depends on sample receipt, the agreed testing scope, and current availability. Contact us to confirm the current turnaround time before arranging delivery. No fixed completion time is promised on this website.
Will I receive an English report?
Yes. You receive an English PDF analytical report for the sample received and tested. Confirm the reporting scope and any specific documentation requirements when arranging the test.
Can I test multiple samples?
You can inquire about testing multiple samples. Tell us the number of samples and requested methods so we can confirm requirements, individual sample identification, pricing, and turnaround time.
Can I arrange testing before paying my supplier’s final balance?
You can ask your supplier to arrange a sample before your next purchasing decision. Sample access, payment timing, and shipment authorization depend on your agreement with your supplier. We provide analytical information; we do not manage your transaction.
Do you sell peptides?
No. We do not manufacture, sell, broker, source, or supply peptides. Our role is independent analytical testing. We do not prescribe peptides or provide medical treatment.
Do you recommend peptide suppliers?
No. We do not recommend peptide suppliers or arrange sourcing. You select and manage your supplier independently.
Can you guarantee the entire batch?
No. Test results apply only to the sample received and tested. Results do not certify or guarantee the entire batch or shipment, or establish that a later shipment is identical to the tested sample.
What if my supplier sends a specially selected sample?
The analytical report applies only to the sample received and tested. Independent testing cannot prove that a supplier-submitted sample represents every unit in a batch or shipment. For higher-value orders, buyers may consider additional sampling arrangements or testing multiple samples.
